You are looking at a layered top from Simply Vera by Vera Wang. The top layer is chiffon type polyester and the lower layer is rayon. This rayon layer is about an inch longer than the overlay, see length photo. It's in excellent condition with no marks, stains, tears or other damage that I can find. Most pre-owned clothing is washed and dried per instructions using dye & perfume free products whenever possible.
