The blouse looks like it was being made with flowers but with a tie dye method. Top has black, gray, white and purple all over it. Around the neckline and v-neck a thin black tulle with raw edges was seen in the seam. I think it dresses up the blouse looks. There is a small piece of the same material as blouse sewn in at the v-neck. The long sleeves button at wrist and the shirt is a high low blouse with the back longer than the front. Made in Vietnam of 100% polyester. Armpit to armpit is 24” across front. Shoulder to side hem is about 24” long.
