Reposhing this item I purchased from @summercloset626. Loved it, but it was too small for me and I did not wear it. so I will rotate for something new. P to p approximately 19 1/4” Material is very soft with a little stretch! Picture show light spot top left - this is a lighting issue, not a light spot - check the photo with the shirt laying down!
