Simply Vera Vera Wang Cream and Blue Drape Blouse

Elegant blouse with a soft cream and blue design. Has built in layered undershirt. Womens size small Great used condition, just a few minor spots that are tiny around the wrists on the sleeves. Also, inner shirt looks like there's a darker spot on the material. Shirt has been washed but these remain. Also, left armpit seam has been torn a little, could use a quick stitch fix (shown in last picture)
