Simply Noelle Tunic Dress in Fern size XXL (16/18)

Brand new with tags, this tunic dress is adorable! It's meant to be a little loose, with an elastic ruching around the waist to accentuate curves. This dress is very flattering! Long sleeves, and a drawstring at the collar for a flattering look, it's an olive green in color with pale blue and white flower decorations along it. Very light weight, please see photos for fabric content. Size is XXL (16/18) and the pit to pit measures 25" across, no stretch. The total length is 39".
