This is a gorgeous sheer embroidered overlay tunic top by Simply Noelle. It features embroidered daisy over the entire piece, has a hankie style hemline, and bell sleeves. The daisies look like they are missing some of the thread, but I don’t believe they are. If you look at the daisies, you can see a pattern as every other one is not a full daisy. I believe that was intentional by the manufacturer and there are not loose threads all over the garment. It is so cute and is in really nice condition for its age.
