Simply Aster Black Roll-Up Pull On Bloomers XL

Here’s a super cute pair of bloomers straight out of my drawer. These are pull on black bloomers with a ruffled white strip to hold up the leg. These look great with an oversized shirt. I would have to say these run a tiny bit small although there’s lots of stretch, I don’t think they are quite an extra large. I would say more of a large please see measurements.
