Simplicity 7969 pattern girls dress fit and flare ruffle sleeve 1960s size 6 GIRLS' DRESS: The dress with lowered waistline seam has flared skirt, back zipper, high round neckline and set-in sleeves. V. 1 & 2 sleeves are about wrist-length with double circular ruffles. V. 1 & 3 have a "stand-up" collar. V. 1 has embroidered braid or ribbon trim. V. 2 has scalloped trim. V. 3 has short sleeves, contrasting collar and front band with button trim. Cut to size has all pieces and instructions. All patterns in my shop are hand checked by a veteran seamstress with more than 20 years of sewing experience. To insure that all prices are present and in good usable condition.
