Simplicity 7919 Sewing pattern Girls A line dress 1960s size 5 CHILD'S JIFFY* DRESS: The A-line dress with high round neckline has back zipper and set-in sleeves. V. 1 and 2 have long sleeves with elastic casings. V. 2 sleeves are of contrasting fabric. V. 3 has short sleeves. V. 1 has pleated ruffling trim. V. 3 has ribbon bow and butterfly pleated ruffling trim. Cut to size has all pieces and instructions.
