Simplicity 6381 pattern Girls A line dress ruffle sleeve 1960s size 3 CHILD'S ONE-PIECE DRESS: Dress with high round neckline and back zipper is gathered to yoke. V.'s 1 and 2 have patch pockets and short set-in sleeves with ruffles. V. 1 has lace edging trim. V. 2 has contrasting yoke, sleeves and ruffles. Sleeveless V. 3 has embroidered eyelet edging, ribbon and bow trim. Uncut, factory folded, has all pieces and instructions. All patterns in my shop are hand checked by a veteran seamstress with more than 20 years of sewing experience. To insure that all pieces are present and in good usable condition.
