Simplicity 4687 pattern dress bodycon jacket 1960s size 16 original envelope was in very poor condition so I have rehomed the pattern in to a new envelope. pattern pieces are still in great usable condition.cut to size contains all pieces and instructions. JUNIORS' AND MISSES' ONE-PIECE DRESS, JACKET AND OVER-BLOUSE: Sleeveless dress has lowered neckline, dart fitted waistline, back zipper closing and vent at lower edge of center back seam. Lined jacket has ¾ length set-in sleeves, stand-up collar and flap trim. Lace overblouse has short kimono sleeves, hook and thread loop closing at back with bow trim.
