Brand new without tags. Non stretch fabric floral retro boho dress with buttons down the front. Bust 37”-38” but the front of the chest is shirred so there’s more room if needed Waist- 30”-31” Hips- 39”-40” I got this new with tags but silly me, ripped off the tags before trying it on and for me it’s a bit too loose.
