@mac8184 I wear a 2 or a 4 and it’s not tight on me at all. The middle band is stretchy and will stretch a good 2 inches on each side. I think it would fit an 8.

@mac8184 relaxed the black band is 11.5 itches and will stretch out to 18 inches. Hope that helps you girl!
