Simple Retro Raven Cotton Blouse

Beautiful cotton blouse- brand new! It runs small so I am selling the medium and I ordered the large. It really should say small. 18 “ pit to pit, 20” long Photo shows top button elastic needs sewing or replacement if you use the top button. This blouse was just received and never worn!
