Put the felt side down and the foam side under the furniture leg. Anything will slide with ease! There are also 8 smooth plastic which means they are cupped plastic on one side and dense foam on the other. Use them for moving furniture on soft floors like carpet. Put the plastic side on the floor and the foam under the furniture leg and furniture moves easily. Both types of pads are approximately 3.5" in diameter.
