I added an elastic band at the waist — the flat waist measurement is 70 cm and it is stretchable.
I am 168 cm tall, and it falls slightly above my ankles.
The inner lining at the waist has slight yellowing, which can be easily removed with bleach.
Never washed, only worn twice.

@valeskaheq2 I don’t remember exactly — I think it was around 78 cm? Maybe you could check Simone Rocha’s official website, since their skirt waist measurements are usually similar. This one is a UK 12.
