Silver&Gold Sapphire Ring

Size 8 silver ring with a 14kt gold plate. Natural white sapphires in a beautiful designed setting. Shows no signs of wear. I know little about this piece other than it inherited from my aunt, who I am told purchased it at auction. I have not tested. I just went by the information on the auction receipt.
