Silver tone rotating center ring with light swirl design - size 5 vintage

At first glance, this appears to be a basic silver tone ring; however, there are a couple fun surprises. A soft swirl design with a center band that rotates! I'm not exactly sure of the material but I *think* it's stainless steel Worn and loved - may have some signs of wear Size 5
