Good Afternoon! I had a conflict with sizing of the booties. The are printed a size 40, but also printed as a 8.5 which isn't a 40 at all. The boots literally were bought and tried on at home and forgotten about. So they are indeed brand new, but do not fit (I wear a 8.5-9) I do not want to chance the size being wrong so I have removed the listing. The boot definitely aren't a size 8.5 because I would have kept them.
