Silver overlaid concho pin with horse hair tassel

Silver overlaid horse hair tassel pin. Has leather rosette. New. Never used. I took the cinch off to see if it is silver and it is overlaid. Concho has some tarnish and needs to be cleaned. Use it as a number pin on a saddle blanket or on a coat, hat or sweatshirt. Many possibilities.
