Will this fit a 6.5 wrist? Is it hinged?

@jreville0324 hello! I added a few more photos. It has a hinge closure and it’s around 7” (outside circumference). My wrist is about 6.25” and it fits perfectly. 6.5 would still fit but would probably be a snug fit. Thanks!
