Silver Tone Watch with Inlayed Detail - Not Working

Silver Tone Watch with Inlayed Detail - Not Working Inner circumference measures about 7". Not working - I have not attempted to change the battery, so it could be this but I am unsure. Marks and scratches to band and glass. Back of the watch states simulated leather but I do not see any leather. I am unsure of the materials. Preowned watch, sold as shown - I am unsure of material type(s) because of this. Pictures show different angles for you to review - while I attempt to note any defects, some tarnish/signs of wear may be visible that are not otherwise stated.
