Silver Tone Hammered Band - Size 9” With Tiny Stone On Inside Band

Silver Tone Hammered Band - Size 9” - this ring does show some signs of wear or it may just need a good cleaning and polishing which I’m sure a local jeweler could do. It isn’t stamped but it does have a small “what appears to look like like” diamond or some other type of gemstone. I did some research but really didn’t find any answers so I don’t know whether the stone is real or fake.
