Silver Suki Jeans Womens 27/30 Mid Rise Straight Leg Embroidered Distressed

I’m calling these fair used condition because I do not know how distressed they are supposed to be. They clearly have been worn previously and have small holes, areas of fraying and significant fading but what was originally there? I have no idea. I have tried to take photos of everything that looks like it might not be from a factory and priced these Jeans accordingly and hopefully they will be used again by someone who will love them, I do think they have some good life left. Issues- all shown in photos: Waistband measures closer to 28” rather than 27” probably stretched out from wear. 3 small holes in the back of one of the legs. Fraying on the back of both hems. Thinning of the fabric in the “seat” by the inner back pockets where you would sit down. Embroidery on all pockets is worn and frayed in places, I believe it was probably crisp and fresh when new.
