Silver Starburst Brooch with Pearl Center and Rhinestones

Stunning silver/silver tone brooch featuring a faux pearl center, clear rhinestones around the center and blue rhinestones at the outer edge. Even the design on the back is gorgeous. There are no markings or brand on the piece nor could I find one like it. Pre-owned, good condition.
