It's a men's ring, but I'm not sure of the size? My fingers are swollen so I can't tell and I have no ring sizer! But it was too big, I'm regularly a size 8, my guess its a 9 to 9&1/2! It could even be a 10, I can wear it on my thumb!!

desirea@iwanturstuff hi dear, I actually got the rings mixed up! This is the one that was given to me, and it is marked on the inside as 925 real silver, the twist design ring I purchased from Kmart or target, and I don't know if it is because it's not marked, but I think it was marked sterling silver! I have no ideal, but had for a long time and it has not tarnished, but could use a cleaning! If that helps? Lmk!
