Silver Plated VTG Candy Dish From West Germany/Pearl Oyster Design Handle

Part of my aunt's estate. Very pretty, footed, small serving tray. This tray I am assuming is a candy dish due to the size. The inside reminds me of a pearl, it is smooth but has a brushed look that reflects the light. It is footed and has a handle. There are some scratches on the bottom.
