Silver Overlay Footed Candy Dish with Scalloped Edges

This might be by Silver City but I can't verify the pattern. Tri footed with silver overlay which does show tarnishing Approximately 6" across and 2" tall Could be used as a candy or trinket dish The last two pictures show the bowl inverted. In good condition with normal wear for its age
