Silver Handcuff Bracelet/Anklet

This can be used as a bracelet or anklet. If you have tiny wrists like me, it may be a little too big on you, but if you are handy with pliers, you may be able to cut off some links and adjust to fit. Silver in color but not too sure exactly what it’s made of. Each handcuff opens for easy on and off.
