Hand smocking with white embroidered flowers adorns the upper chest/neckline. The smocking starts at the neckline in an accordion design and then has a lattice design embroidery just above the gathers of the skirt. A lovely chain-stitch embroidered border meets the gathers of the skirt below the lattice design. Upper back closure is adorned with fabric covered buttons, a high-end feature of this adorable dress.
