Silver Cuff W/Beads/Suede/Gemstone Rare Unique

Very unique. Silver wide cuff with a band of handbeaded soft suede wrapped around the center. Beads are pretty and shimmer in the right light. This seems like sterling and is not magnetic with a strong magnet. It also has patina like silver. When I researched this I could not find another like it. It’s dark with patina under suede. some wear . I took lots of pictures to add to description. End to end 6.5” with a bit of adjustment available. 1.5 wide at widest.
