Silver Cross Pendant on Braided Leather with Eagle Head Clasp

Medieval style vintage silver-tone cross pendant necklace with intricate detailing. Has quartered circles on each end (3 total) or crosses inside of circles. Each end of the braided leather has a detailed eagle head. There is a a woman’s head in the middle of the cross. Some say this is Medusa. Unbranded. Does not take a magnet (just the two small connector circles on the clasp). Has some wear and patina, but I can’t tell what is intentional versus wear.
