Silver Cat Pendant Necklace Accented with Diamonds

Not sure if the diamonds or silver are genuine at all. The chain is not the original chain that it came with, the original one broke. Cat pendant with texture and accented with clear stones. Cat is walking and wearing a bow. From early 2000’s. Used but good condition. Please see pictures.
