Silver Candlesticks heavy set of 2

Silver tone heavy candlesticks set of 2. Made by the William Adams a Towle Company. I believe these are silver plates over solid brass. There are no stamps to indicate this being Sterling Silver. These are heavy pieces and are from the 1970’s. Beautiful set. One has significant patina on the base. Please see photos. Otherwise very nice condition. 8 3/4” tall 3 3/8” base
