conniec2021 @stephanie1975 it’s factory reset so you set the language whenever you set it up. One scratch on the side corner which is shown in the picture

conniec2021 @stephanie1975 there are other small scratches. I wouldn’t say a “ton”. Some of the area on the photo is fabric threads and dust.
