Silpada Very Rare Rep Incentive Sterling Lattice Teardrop w/Pyrite Drop Earrings are ~2-5/8” long x 1-1/4” wide Stamped 925, THAILAND and have the Silpada hallmark logo These very hard to find beauties are such a unicorn for several reasons. One is due to the incredible detail paid to the silver lattice work, the perfect placement of the faceted pyrite stones and that they are just the right weight for the size, at ~7.4 grams each. Plus finding these is harder than finding Real Gold because they were never for sale - only given to Reps that hit sales goals - that’s what I’ve been told. The condition is ‘like new” and these show no sign of being worn; just minimal patina.
