Gorgeous set, Iconic Sea Horse logo tag on the interior. Top is pullover with tie that adjusts waist and fit, Pleated Skirt has button side closure. Great vintage condition. No tears or damage, slight discoloration spot shown in images on top - not very noticeable at all - just being fully transparent. Can wear together and the look is more like a dress, or separate the pieces for multiple looks. (Skirt is adorable styled with a black turtleneck and high boots, or create a Vivienne Westwood look.)
