juliefitzgib262 They can be cut any way you want. As long as you follow The directions about cleaning between uses. Make sure your face is very clean and free of any oil. They work fabulous! My favorite way to wear them is when I am home During the day and leave them on for several hours. They work at night also however it’s easier for them to come off when you’re sleeping
