Silence + Noise 100% Silk Skirt. White base with bright blue and black flower/fan pattern. Large front pockets and zip back closure. Slit in the lower center back for easier movement while walking. Slightly above knee. While this is pre-owned, I rarely wore it as since it's silk I was lazy and didn't feel like ironing haha! So in good condition.
