Signed Silver “Polka Dot” Artisan Pendant

Add a touch of whimsy to your jewelry collection with this charming Silver "Polka Dot" artisan pendant. Weighs over 13 grams. Was sold to me as a “sterling silver sculpture” — but it’s clear that it is a pendant. It is signed (see photo), but I cannot seem to make out the signature or find anything on the artist. If you know, please enlighten me! It’s about 3” long. See how it can be styled in some of the photos (necklaces not included).
