This Firebird International Raceway Cap is signed by Ron Capps and Kenny Bernstein. It is in new condition and has never been worn. It has an adjustable buckle strap in the back. It was my personal item that I bought at the race in the early 2000's and had them sign. The signatures have not been authenticated
