whitneyaronoff @austindrobert Hi, I worked for the Doak Walker Awards Banguet / Tate Lecture Series when I was a student at SMU. I worked there 3 years. I bought this at one of the Doak Walker banquets and paid $500 in the open auction. At that time in 2002 they did not give a certificate of authentication as it was sold directly from the school. Hope that helps. If you purchase and decide you need that document, I can put you in touch with the right office at SMU to explore getting that paperwork.
