Signed Art Pottery Pitcher

Art Pottery Pitcher is signed on bottom but I can not completely decipher the signature. The first letter is “S” followed by what appears to be “Kiser” however not sure that is correct. The color is a mottled blue with a brown band around the base and has a high glaze. The bottom is unglazed. The pitcher measures about 6 1/4 inches high. There is no damage at all. Smoke free home and seller.
