Small hand painted porcelain dish using materials: pigments on cover, enamel, sand and crushed glass, fibers, metallic powders, chandeliers, precious metals, crystals and semiprecious stones among others. Helene was born in Oost Vlaanderen (Belgium), in the city of Ghen lived most of it in Antwerp (Amberes) near the Netherlands. Signed and dated. 6 1/4" diameter No chips or cracks.
