Sierra Designs Waterproof Blue Parka/jacket

Sierra Designs waterproof hooded lightweight blue zip up parka/jacket. Comes with a bag for storage. Has two mesh pockets inside. Plus two zippered pockets in front and two more zippered pockets on the sleeves. This is a adult size small. The only thing that I see wrong with this is some discoloration on the inside plastic plus it is wriggled from being storage in the storage bag.
