tottybucket @denisekleemeyer I have owned it for a handful of years… Though I was not the original purchaser. I tend to sharpen my knives only when needed… So that I don’t unnecessarily grind on the edge. I’m not sure if that’s helpful or not? It’s a very lovely knife and keeps a very nice edge. 🙂

tottybucket @denisekleemeyer I have a couple of different hand sharpeners in my kitchen… But I tend to reach for one that is a handheld V sharpener. Not sure if that’s helpful or not. 🙂
