Shulami Ruffle Cocktail Dress

This is a beautiful blue-green dress from the designer Shulami, from a boutique in Boston. The material has a bit of sparkle to it, so I attached a photo to show the color in better light. The sleeves are short with layered fabric, and the bottom is baby pink rows and layers of ruffles. It’s very elegant, I bought it for a wedding party. In excellent condition, only worn a couple of times. Marked as a size M but fits like a S. 100% polyester.
