Hi there! Yes, in my opinion it is a true to size. It's a small for sure, but it is a cropped, "shrunken" pullover. So it's not that it's smaller, but just a different fit. Having said that, I didn't find it to have that much of a "shrunken" fit. Lol. What size do you typically wear? I love this sweater just time to swap out!
