Shrug Top SOFTEST Velour! Long fun Sleeves, Cozy Warm Chic

Well I can't carry this off so it has to go to someone......errrr....younger. This divine shrug top is made of the softest velour. It is warm and cozy and it has fun ruched sleeves. What more could you want? This is new old stock, never used. Sort of beige, a little darker than cream. The pile on this velour is amazing. Check all photos because I did a close up of the softness! And the shoulders measure 15 inches across unstretched. This is worn over the bust so a bust measurement would not be necessary here OK? offers always welcome
