dianasdaughter @sassydot hi again, I measured the waist (which has elastic seam) laying flat & its 13” across. The shoulders , also flat lay & elastic, is 17” across. Hope this helps🙂

dianasdaughter @jennvaeth Hi. This is new with tags, I haven’t worn them so I can’t say for sure how it fits. It’s marked size 8 small, & the shoulders & waist have elastic. The bottom part has built in shorts under the flowy bit, actually the top is lined as well. I hope this helps.
